  Pagué por mi membresia online y se niegan a darme el stiker para pegar en mi auto. Me obligan a escanear un codigo de barras cada vez que voy. Horrible el trato y la vaga explicacion. Hay que estar pidiendoles las toallas y productos. Aspiradoras rotas por varios meses.

  Has gone downhill. Car wash itself isn't as good at cleaning, seems like they have adjusted somehow. Vacuums don't reliably work, and they have stopped putting out bottles of window and interior cleaning supplies. They also have stoppedl leaving hand towels out, which stinks because the dryer of the car wash doesn't remove all the water from your car, and dries leaving a noticable white stain if not wiped off immediately and the wash. Half the value proposition - which was the ability to clean inside the car is gone. I asked one of the attendants, and they said they no longer have hand towels. Something seems to have changed with the car wash mechanism where it seems to scratch the top of the car, around the edges of window trim. Used to be great for the price, and I subscribed for over two years. Now, I avoid. Would rather pay more elsewhere.

  Este lavado de autos es de los peores que he hido yo particularmente, hace 2 dias fui hacer una membresía me atendió un tipo que no sabe para nada hacer su trabajo pedí hacer la membresía mas básica que tenían ahí supuestamente me costaría $12 mensuales, pensé que era un buen negocio, el tipo no me pidió absolutamente ninguna información sobre mi o el auto que tendría la membresía lo cual me pareció extraño y cuando reviso mi tarjeta me había cobrado $23.99 inmediatamente lo enfrente y le pregunté porque me había cobrado ese monto y simplemente se hizo el tonto y no me supo como contestar le dije que me devolviera el dinero que cobro extra y me dijo que volviera al otro dia a las 3:00pm a ver su manager porque era el único que me podía ayudar yo acepte pensando que solo fue un error de ese señor, fui al otro dia a las 3pm y sorpresa no había ningún manager , me atendió una chica muy amable y ni siquiera ella sabía quien era el tipo que me había atendido el dia antes , me dijo que volviera al otro dia para que me atendiera un manager después de las 12:00pm y eso hice , y si me atendió finalmente el manager le volví a explicar la situación y me pareció igual o peor que el tipo que me había vendido la membresía, me.dijo que no tenían una membresía por $12 que la mas básica era a partir de $18 y yo 2 dias antes vi la promoción que creo que fue lo único real que me había dicho el tipo que me atendió, en resumen este lavado de carro es de lo peor y el personal es muy incompetente, una cosa mas el manager me dijo que no me podía reembolsar mi dinero por supuestamente yo había usado la membresía, eso me hizo poner muy furioso pues yo ni siquiera le había puesto la pegatina a mi auto y se la entregué allí mismo , una estafa total, lo peor de lo peor, no lo recomiendo para nada.

  I pay for the monthly service at this location. Lately service has been going downhill. The entry gate on the right never works and you have to back out of it and use the other gate. There’s never any towels and lately no cleaning supplies. Several of the vacuums either don’t work or have broken hoses. When I’m paying for a monthly service I should not have to bring my own cleaning materials.
