  I had a minor hood dent on my Honda CR-V from a contractor install at my house. (The gutter guy got me with his ladder!) Parsons gave me a quote that was in-line with my expectations so I didn't go anywhere else. We scheduled an appointment over the holidays, and they got the dent repaired in an outstanding manner. No evidence at all remaining. But the aspect that I really enjoyed was working with Butch through the process. It is like stepping back in time where you talked to a real person who understood your needs. I wasn't "handled by someone with an iPad," but I was taken care of and so was my Honda CR-V. Butch and the crew at Parsons are the real deal, and they have earned any future business from me.

  This was the first time I used Parsons Body Shop and I am so glad I found them. They are very friendly, accommodating and professional. But most of all extremely honest. I needed three things fixed on my car and I thought I would be without it for a couple of days. I had it back in several hours not days. I had price quotes from the dealer and also a couple of other places. Persons saved me a lot of money. I will definitely go back when I need something done again.
