While sitting in the waiting area while my Volvo was being serviced, I consistently heard excitement talking about Volvos and discussing providing exceptional service to their customers. Here is my best analogy. My Husband is a Marine and when Marines are joined together it is one big love fest talking about the Corps. Chris the service manager loves his job. He loves talking about Volvos and describing the exceptional service provided. When you find Professionals that love their job..,they are keepers.
