  Having to pull into the closest auto care store, I was amazed at the friendliness and helpfulness the employees at Ken Towery's front desk showed me. My car's engine temperature was showing hot and needed to be addressed quickly. The cap on the coolant reservoir was incorrect and the antifreeze was spilling out of the reservoir. The repair was quickly addressed and I was driving out of the parking lot 10 minutes later. I was very lucky to happen upon this business. They truly care about their customer.

  I was in there yesterday for alignment, oil change and tire rotation. They told me my car was done and I go to checkout and one guy realizes they never did the alignment. So I have to wait longer for that to be done. After I got my car back and drive off, I notice my car is wobbling when I get to high speeds. I take it back and they said a belt was broken on one tire and a chunk was taken out of another tire. How did they not see this while rotating my tires? So I had to pay for 4 new tires upon their suggestion. When I got my car back my white seats had black marks all over them and so did the arm parts on the doors. So now I have to get my seats cleaned. I feel like the entire process was handled carelessly. I will not be back.

  I recently had an experience that really highlighted the value of honesty and great customer service. A dealership told me my daughter needed a brand new tire because of a nail, which would have cost around $300. Since I’ve always trusted Ken Towery’s for tires, I decided to get a second opinion. I’m so glad I did. Instead of pushing for a replacement, they were able to simply plug the tire and safely fix the issue—saving my daughter a significant amount of money. It’s refreshing to find a place you can truly trust. Honest people and excellent service like this are hard to come by. A special thank you to Billy and Dane—they’re two of the best!

  Dane and Billy were absolutely wonderful helping fix my car. I had a nail in my tire and another place told me I would need to buy a brand-new tire. When I came here, they inspected it and let me know it could simply be plugged instead. They were honest, helpful, and saved me a lot of money. I really appreciate their great service and would definitely recommend them!
