- EBE Ball1 day ago1.0I've brought my vehicles to Ken Towery many times with outstanding customer service but my interaction with this manager "Joe" was deeply disappointing. The other managers and stall have been very helpful but this one was dismissive, Customer Service starts at the top and unfortunately the leadership lacks the basic courtesy expected.

When I walked out my front door and saw the low tire with a nail it seemed chances were slim of make it. Drove to my local Ken Towery and explained my urgency. Mark and his team changed my tire and had me on the road in less than 30 minutes. I somehow made the meeting thanks to their willingness to step up. Much appreciated.
