  Wow, can’t say enough good things about these folks. I showed up 10 minutes before they closed after popping a tire while on a road trip. I thought for sure we’d be delayed a whole day trying to get it fixed, but they were so helpful and offered to stay late to fix the issue for me. Their kindness, professionalism, and expertise can’t be beat. They even helped me troubleshoot how to solve additional issues that might arise on my way home to Oregon. 10/10 recommend this team!

  They are not friendly or helpful. Tried to get help with tire but apparently too close to closing time.

  Went to the Lagrange store. . had a battery light on and the words charge system flashing on my dash. Dave the manager told me it could be a alternator which I had already thought it may be. It was 130 Thursday when I got there. Was told it may cost 1600.00. dollars to fix . At 452 pm Dave called me to advise me it was the battery which was under warranty. So my bill was zero and could get the vehicle. I was so relieved. I am 70 years old and was glad for the honesty. I had worked automotive shops in the past so was very aware of vehicle issues. Thanks for the honesty and replacing the battery.

  Nice team of workers that were courteous, thoughtful. I am not a proponent of the deflection of calls to “call center” , then redirected to actual location of interest …? Not personal and wastes time I had purchased “road hazard” for tires that provided “some” credit toward new tire , however I would have liked more transparency on the front end related to the “road hazard” being prorated vs total “replacement”… My spare was not put back under the vehicle, and the “maintenance required dash light “ was not reset or evaluated/discussed . Needed a second visit to get the spare repositioned under the vehicle -/ 2 more hours of time waiting … coulda/shoulda been first in line for quick resolution based on it being “missed” the first time …?

  I come here often and didn’t appreciate the service this go round. I walked in nobody acknowledged me with 3 people behind the counter. I was given approximately 45 minutes to an hour wait time until my car was ready. Caught an uber home they called within 5 minutes to let me know they couldn’t repair my tire. When I came back the crew had no idea if my tire had a leak which is what I brought it in for. They had to recheck it. Then claimed to not have a master to my tire lock which I doubt that they didn’t have one. Not a friendly staff. Quoted me if I’m not mistaken $1100 an outrageous price for 1 tire!
