  Terrible service and the manager is rude and ill-mannered, he treats people very badly. You need to know how to treat the public if you're going to work for the public.

  I walked in the manager, and his girlfriend was arguing when he came in. I said she didn’t look happy He gets smart and said it’s not your business. How can I help you and then try to be professional after getting smart and then his girlfriend comes in talking about I don’t need to worry about her then both of them get my face and start talking crazy so I got crazy back with him and as I’m pulling off, she’s standing in the bay flipping me off talking crazy and I was going in to get five of my fleet vehicles serviced

  I had a tire issue and needed immediate assistance and the store on bardstown rd across from Costco squeezed me in. Friendly, excellent service so thankful to get me in on a Sunday on such short notice. I would recommend to anyone

  The friendly environment was great, but im not sure I appreciated the experience. I had to ask if my fluids were filled they weren't until I. Asked also free tire rotation was not done stating it did not need?? Also I need brakes and tires but they suggested i come back in a few months? There was a trainee working on my car, ok with that as everyone has to learn but Im just left wondering if the actual oil change was done.??

  I had a slow leak in my tire, I showed up at your store to see about it and left my vehicle. During that time I was there one of the mechanics was in the bay smoking a cigarette, when the person at the desk told him about my tire I over heard him say he didn’t have time for my tire. I left my vehicle there and when I came back to see how much it would cost they told me $292.00 cause he wouldn’t touch my car without changing lug nuts. SMH I said that’s outrageous and I went to Big O where they sealed my tires with tire bead for free!!!! That’s all I needed and this store tried to get over on me. I will never come back to this store again! Im
