  I had an appointment for an oil change. I discussed vibration with the manager and he said my tires needed to be replaced, so I purchased those as well. My vibration problem has not been remedied, and my car was also damaged during service. The running boards on my SUV were bent, even though I had a conversation with the manager (before providing service) about the need to be careful when they put the car on the lift. After my service was complete and I discovered the damage, I spoke to the manager. He stated he “blew off my comments about the running boards. That would be like you telling me how to change a tire.“ I’m currently in the process of getting an estimate for repairs.

  I came to this place for a simple oil change. Before committing, I asked how long it would take because I was in a hurry, and they told me two hours at most—even knowing I didn’t have an appointment. I ended up waiting for over three hours, and when I finally went to ask about my car, they told me they hadn’t even started working on it because they had a lot of appointments. This makes no sense, since I clearly explained my situation from the beginning and relied on the timeframe they gave me. Very disappointing service. They don’t respect customers’ time and fail to communicate properly. I would not recommend this place.

  I came in with a 100 pound 14 ply blown trailer tire and asked if they could replace it. I was told yes, when I went to put it on my trailer he had sold me an 80 pound, 10 ply truck tire. I'm am very unhappy that they were dishonest and cost me almost $300 for a tire that is completely useless to me. I would be returning it now that I know I was lied to, but I was out of state and live over 8 hours away from the location that misled me and wasted my money.

  I will never take any vehicle to Ken Towery's again. I took my Mazda in for a simple 100,000 mile service. They called and said it was ready. When I picked it up, it barely ran so I left it there. They called the next day and said it was an issue with the non oem parts they used. They said they replaced them with Mazda parts and the car was ready. I drove it home and the car sat over the weekend while we were traveling. On Monday morning it would not start. I had to have it jump started. I tried to drive it back to Ken Towery's and it died on the way there. I had to have it towed to their location. I was told the new battery they installed had a dead cell so they replaced the battery, again. This week the the Mazda will not start again so I am having it towed to the Mazda dealer having paid Ken Towery's $2100.00. I will NEVER go there again.
