  I'll never go to another tire store again they have got a customer for life out of me one of their competitors treated me bad tried to upsell me on some parts I didn't need so I came here for a second opinion and I'm sure glad I did they found no issues with my ball joint like the competitor said there was had me in and out within an hour for an alignment cannot say enough good things about this place

  They charged a reasonable price for a small job. They didn't try to upsell me and they didn't take longer than they said. That's all I ever asked for 😅

  Had a tire replaced under warranty for sidewall damage on the highway. Team at the Preston Highway store always does a good job and is pleasant and quick to correct any issues. The only negative of Ken Towery is the phone system. They use offsite operators to answer the phone and direct your call. Unfortunately sometimes hard to understand, they try to schedule you for an appointment when you’re just trying to talk to the service manager etc. etc. I’m sure this system of offsite operators is cheaper and allows people at the store to function more efficiently, but it is a serious negative in doing business with this company
