- FEForged Everything5 days ago2.0Came in for a general diagnostic and to have my axle repaired and was told the tech simply couldnt do it which cost me a half a day of my available vacation to get it done. Thats not the reason for the 2 stars though as I could understand the issue and was somewhat appreciative that they were atleast honest about it. Another location left my wheel center caps unsecure after a tire replacement and I lost all of them on the trip home. My TPMS sensors were also not remapped so the tire positions in my info center were all screwed up. Thats a pretty simple job and I think it might be moreso the techs that are being hired not being experienced enough. Manager was friendly and did get it resolved but I feel like anything more than 2 stars would be lying...

Once we arrived the staff quickly gave us the options and had us back on the road in under 15 minutes. I would also like to add the fact that they were about to close for the day and went the extra mile to help my family.
