- RRRyan6 days ago5.0What a great experience. I trust this store and its staff, what a relief it is to find trustworthy mechanics. The staff has always been great to work with. Chris who is the manager, Lacey who is the customer service representative, and Rob who is the ASO, they together work as a team to make sure every customer is treated like a member of their own family. They all are very enthusiastic, honest, and possess great work ethic. They will go above and beyond to ensure you have not only a great experience but are educated in the product and process, they truly care about the customer here at this location. 5 stars and will return. Thank you Jiffy Lube for hiring such great people.

THEY DID IT, WITH NO PROBLEM!!!! I WILL DEFINITELY BRING MY VECHILES HERE FROM NOW ON!!!!!! THANK YOU GUYS AND MS LADY FOR YOUR HELP!!!!!!!!

Instead of being honest, they kept me waiting and gave me a hard time when I asked what was going on. To make it worse, three cars that came after me were serviced before mine. The service itself didn’t inspire confidence either. they were opening my oil filter with a towel, which looked unprofessional and like they didn’t know what they were doing. After all of that, I was still charged full price. Completely unacceptable service, poor communication, and a waste of time. I won’t be coming back.
