Bought a 2023 Ford Ranger from Jeff Wyler Nissan. Nice truck and a good deal. Had concern that it looked like it was leaning and the tailgate would not lock. Was given a 6 month warranty at time of sale and told to schedule an appointment. Called and Sean told me I needed to take to Ford. Talked to Malik (sales person) and he was told to have me bring it in. Dropped it off and they Uber’d me home. Thank you. Came back and nothing was done. So 2 hours on the road and again told by Sean to take to Ford. He stated “20 people looked at the truck” and no lean. Asked about the tailgate not locking and Sean stated it may be a “tumbler issue.” There is no key lock on the tailgate! Took the panel off myself and the electric locking mechanism was disconnected. Bottom line, made 4 calls and 3 different people never responded. Sean clearly didn’t want to deal with my Ford and the 6 month warranty was the same as the existing warranty from Ford. Nice truck and nice sales experience. Service and the run around is the pits.

Dealerships typically haven’t been a bright spot for me, but Jeff Wyler Nissan is the spot. I’d been searching for offers on my car for a couple of weeks when I came across their Nissan store. Crylll was extremely straight forward when valuing my car, and beat any offer I had gotten elsewhere. If you’re looking to purchase a car, sell your car, or just have a conversation with a knowledgeable and friendly individual, ask for Crylll at Jeff Wyler Nissan!

I bought a car with Halle, and she was amazing! She took the time to go over a used car that I was interested in as well as a new car that I was also interested in. She and her managers answered all of my questions, and they worked with me on pricing and financing to make the decision a pretty easy one. Working with the finance manager was very informative, and he explained all of the options in a way that was quite easy to understand and make choices. It may seem like a small detail, But one of the things that actually impressed me the most about Halle was that she wasn’t quite pleased with the detailing to make the car ready, and she actually pulled the car back into the shop to finish detailing it herself. What a great example of top-notch customer service! I would definitely buy another car from this dealership!

I purchased a car battery from this dealership in February 2024. Since then I have had issues with the car battery functioning and took the car back to the dealership to troubleshoot on 3 separate occasions (November 2025, January 2026, and April 2026). On the first two occasions, a battery, alternator, and starter test was ran and I was told each of those items were functioning fine and sent on my way- additionally, I was told this is usual when it is cold outside. My car is garage kept. Most recently (April 2026), my car wouldn’t start and I took it back to this dealership and requested that there is a solution provided instead of being sent on my way after the battery, alternator, and starter test are completed as this is inconvenient for me as a consumer to spend so much time coming back to the originating place I bought the battery only to be sent on my way without a solution. Austin Arney had the battery, alternator, and starter tested- which came back good. Austin even went the extra mile to have two separate parasitic draws completed on my car and provided me with a loaner free of charge. The parasitic draws came back showing everything was also good. Austin connected me with manager, Phoenix Straub to see what my other options were as at this point, I am not confident in continuing the back/ forth when there is clearly an issue somewhere. Phoenix explained to me all that was completed with my vehicle and mentioned that they couldn’t provide me with a new battery under the warranty as my current battery was testing good at the dealership. I asked Phoenix if it were possible that a battery could be faulty but test shows everything is fine to which they confirmed that it could be possible but there was no proof. Additionally, Phoenix passive aggressively asked me “what would you suggest a solution be?” To which I responded I wasn’t sure as this was the very reason I repeatedly bring my vehicle back to Nissan as my vehicle is a Nissan product- I am under the assumption a Nissan dealership should have the ability to troubleshoot and provide me with a solution. Phoenix also offered that they currently had a Nissan Armada that they’ve had for two months that wasn’t holding a battery charge- indicated that this specific car would only hold a charge for up to two days- I am not sure what that had to do with my specific situation or if this were true or another attempt to manipulate the situation/ gaslight me into thinking the recommendation provided is acceptable. I was also asked if I left a door open/ trunk open overnight- to which I haven’t. Additionally, this doesn’t explain the other 2 incidents of the battery not holding charge all within two years of purchasing the battery- that is supposed to be a 7 year battery. I will also like to add that while front line staff at this dealership are extremely helpful; I am disappointed that as a consumer; a viable solution is never provided to me by the Nissan dealership on my car which is a Nissan product.

Bought a brand new truck 2026 nissan frontier. Started noticing after driving it after a while. It was shaken at about sixty nine or seventy mile an hour. Took it back to the dealer for service they did a road balance test on it on the tires. And it continued to shake afterwards. I took it back again. They test, drove it. Then, told me there was nothing they could do about it. Because the shaken occurs at seventy and they could not drive at seventy mile an hour. Because the speed limit was only fifty five. And then continue to tell me that most all nissan trucks shake at seventy mile an hour, and they also text this to me.I have in text. So with this being said I'm not happy with the situation. And now I don't feel very safe in my new truck.
