  My experience was so BAD I thought I was on a hidden camera show. To begin with I was getting a car but it had to be serviced first. Several days later I am messaged by multiple people to come pick up my car saying "your car is ready for pick up" get there and informed they actually sold the car several weeks ago. So me and my daughter sit for 3 hours ( I assumed so I can choose a different car) just to be told right before they close that the bank wouldn't be able to send back approval until the following day. It seemed weird that I needed to get another bank approval when I had already been approved for the car that they already sold. I DIDNT EVEN REALIZE THEY WOULD BE RUNNING OUR CREDIT AGAIN BACK TO BACK ABOUT 6 ON EACH TOTALING ABOUT 12 TIMES. HARD CREDIT CHECKS EFFECT UR CREDIT AND THAT MANY TIMES. WHY ARE YOU STILL RUNNING MY CREDIT IF I WAS APPROVED? I'm not in the car selling business but if I was approved by a bank on a amount for the car they sold then another car in that price range would be next option but idk they are the professionals right???? . I was so irritated after sitting there for hours and being ignored until they wanted to get rid of me because they needed to close. Few weeks go by I get another message saying they apologize and yes my initial approval should of been valid and I should of been able to pick a different vehicle after it was discovered mine was sold. So I go back thinking they had straighten out the whole mess and I could finally get a car. No I go back (per their request to "make it right") I was in contact with them up until I walked in the building. I'm 5 mins away ect. I walk through the door.. they are asking questions like it's the first time I've talked to them. I reexplain the experience I've had with them the 2 times before. I sit about 15 mins and they come tell me my down payment is 4,000$ more then it was on the car they sold originally. Are u joking? Wasted my time and money to Uber up there because I was told I would be leaving in a vehicle since I had already been approved originally. AND MY CREDIT IS PROBABLY BEEN RAN ANOTHER DOZEN TIMES!! THIS IS ONLY A BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE NIGHTMARE IVE HAD WITH THIS PLACE. MY FAULT FOR ASSUMING BECAUSE THIS WAS HONDA DEALERSHIP AND NOT SOME SLEAZY CAR SHOP AROUND THE CORNER, I EXPECTED WAY MORE. IM STILL DUMBFOUNDED BY IT ALL. Saying this to say... DONT THINK BECAUSE ITS A DEALERSHIP U WILL GET ANY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE OR BE ABLE TO TRUST THAT THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. BEWARE THEY ABSOLUTELY ARENT ANY BETTER THEN ANY SLEAZY CAR LOT AROUND THE CORNER.

  Excelente experiencia en el dealer de Honda. Quiero agradecer especialmente a Víctor, quien fue mi asesor durante todo el proceso. Desde el inicio fue muy profesional, paciente y transparente, explicándome cada detalle y ayudándome a encontrar la mejor opción para mí. Nunca me sentí presionada y siempre estuvo disponible para responder todas mis dudas. Gracias a él, todo fue mucho más fácil y confiable. Definitivamente recomiendo este dealer y, sobre todo, a Víctor si estás buscando un excelente servicio. ¡Muy satisfecha con mi experiencia!

  Overall I had a poor experience with this dealership. The buying experience was fine, just the typical pushiness by the sales manager and then the finance manager, but that’s to be expected from a dealership I guess. After purchasing my new car, initially my funding didn’t go through because paperwork wasn’t submitted on time, according to the bank. My payment was due and I had no way to make a payment because there was no loan. After calling the dealership they finally got it resolved and I was later able to back pay my now past-due loan and thankfully got the bank to remove late fees. I had to file the lien at the county clerk myself, and then I had to fax a copy of the title to the bank because they never got one. I’ve never had to do this stuff after buying a car from a dealership before, but I figure it’s a small amount of time, maybe that’s normal, so whatever. The final straw came when I went to pay my registration fees for my new car and I owed taxes on my old car for 2026, even though I traded in my old car November 2025. The county clerk said Jeff Wyler didn’t file the title transfer until after January 1, 2026, which meant I was liable for the taxes for the year even though they possessed the car as of January 1. Absolute scummy move on their part trying to save a couple bucks.

  We would like to thank the team at Honda JeffWyler, especially Victor Castillo, for the amazing service! He was super friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We never felt pressured, which we truly appreciated. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and wants to help. We highly recommend working with Victor Castillo— If you need a car, definitely go see him! Overall, a fantastic experience.

  Mi esposo y yo estamos muy agradecidos de esta gran compañía de auto Wyler Honda " por los excelentes carros que tienen , además de la buena atención de sus trabajadores en especial al joven Wilber Valdés y su compañero que fue su mano derecha en todo momento que hicieron todo lo posible para hacernos felices 💯...
