- MTMiranda TaylorApr 17, 20265.0Scheduled an oil change a few days in advance and it was done in a timely matter with the complimentary tire rotation. Everyone was also very friendly. After I left, I noticed some grease spots on my car interior and they luckily took care of it by cleaning my seats better than they were. Thanks for the great customer service, this will be my regular oil change place now!
- RDRoof DouglasMar 9, 20265.0I pulled in to Goodyear as my tire was going flat from running over an object on the expressway. As I parked my vehicle the rim was on the ground. Went in an Alan says they are really busy and it will be an hour or 2 wait. He checks me in the computer, takes the keys and I sit down to wait. .... I am out the door in less than an hour. And no charge as my tires are Goodyear. The best. Thank you for the great service. I am a repeat customer and am never disappointed.

Arranged AAA towing then contacted this Goodyear shop based on the recommendation of a friend who used them for years. The shop took my truck and had a diagnosis (failed water pump) by 9am Saturday. They called with an update at 5:30pm that I needed a new belt tensioner. They promised to finish by noon Monday. They called at 10:15 Monday saying truck was ready. Great communication, professional, accurate estimates, competent technicians. Everything I was hoping to receive!
