  Good work, but premium pricing for a 20-year-old car. I brought my 2005 Honda Civic in for service and, while the staff was professional and the diagnostics were thorough, I found the final bill to be significantly higher than expected for this type of vehicle. The total for replacing two oxygen sensors came out to over $1,050. While I appreciate the use of OE (Original Equipment) parts, which I assume for the price, the markup on the sensors and the $560 labor charge felt very steep for a repair that is relatively straightforward on this specific model. For comparison, the labor cost alone suggests about 4 hours of work, which is quite high for these accessible sensors. I do appreciate the detailed inspection—they correctly identified a failing brake master cylinder—but the "premium" shop pricing makes it difficult for me to return for older vehicle maintenance. If you don't mind paying a significant premium for a high-volume shop's overhead and warranty, the quality of work seems solid, but I'd recommend getting a second quote for older cars.

  This was the very best experience with auto service places. Top-notch service. Very professional, received frequent updates on repair of vehicle. They literally replaced my engine with in a 2 weeks. I will bring my vehicles here from this point forward.

  I took my car here to repair my sunroof and some weatherstrip. Since they were waiting on a part, they returned my car to me with the interior in pieces, with screws in the cupholder. After they completed the job, the overhead console was assembled completely wrong, causing damage to my headliner. The weatherstrip was very poorly aligned, and the applique on that door was cracked. When I brought this up, the woman behind the counter said "we didn't even touch that part, do you want to see the security footage?" I should've taken her up on that offer, because it would be impossible to replace that weatherstrip without touching the applique it stretches around. When I spoke to another individual, I told them that I did not trust their shop to "fix" the issues, given how they did virtually everything wrong during the "repair" so far. So he searched for the cheapest replacement parts on eBay, and offered me that amount off my bill. Very disappointed by the service I received here.

  This place is horrible I went to get my control arm replaced and when they did the inspection they came back with $5000 worth of work that they said need to be done. Which included breaks which I just had done 3 weeks prior when I pointed this out they showed me a picture and insisted that the caliper was the brakes I may be female but far from stupid on top of saying I needed barrings amongst other things that I had checked when my breaks were done and we're fine. On top of all that right in front of me because they wouldn't approve it all...... Like really I'm not standing right here. And to put the icing on the cake one the things that they did do was replace the oil sensor and in order to do so you have to take off the bolt on the drain pan well that got stripped so when I went to get my oil changed I was informed that it was stripped and when I called first class auto 2 days ago first they denied touching that bolt until I let them know I knew you had to in order to do the work. Then they said they couldn't get me in until May and would text me with a day and yet still no text but regardless I should have been top priority.......
