  I’ve been renting from enterprise for many years now and never would i thought it would get to this point of writing a bad review. First off I’ve given them chance after chance to just do right but they always seem to go left back in February I had a reservation I get there only for maxwel to tell me that I didn’t have one and that “someone “ called and spoke to me or left me a voicemail to tell me they didn’t have any cars available which was not true so I waited for about 2 hours to get a car I was satisfied UNTIL!!! I get on the road only for the vehicle to overheat on me I called roadside assistance and they directed me to the nearest location in Florence ky to swap vehicles I get to that location only for them to tell me that they didn’t have anything for me and to take the vehicle to a repair shop to have them put antifreeze in the vehicle (overheating vehicle has many causes just not a coolant issue)I expressed to them that is not my job and I didn’t feel comfortable with driving the vehicle any further I sat there for nearly 3 more hours only for them to give me a vehicle I was parked next to the entire time that they claimed was unavailable. On April 9,2026 I rented another vehicle from this downtown location I was okay with what I was given UNTIL!!! I noticed a slow psi leak in the tire the day of my return I called the branch and David says take it to a jiffy lube 😳 excuse me absolutely not I’m trying to come home safely and I just hung up on him called roadside assistance they sent me to the nearest enterprise dtw in Romulus Michigan where they deemed the vehicle UNSAFE!!! With a slow leak psi and swapped me out with a brand new rouge so that I could get back home safely granted I was a few hours late not my fault I was charged for the days the location was closed as well which sucks because they admitted to saying (max) “they always send us the older cars” I’m a customer and paying 300 for a security deposit to rent out cars that needs repairs is very frustrating filled multiple complaints oh yea David gave me a free upgrade but they never have upgraded cars or any to rent out at all

  Avoid this location. I booked a full-size vehicle, but when I arrived, it wasn’t available, and no alternative solution was offered. I also didn’t receive any call to notify me. Enterprise, please ensure your staff values the business. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. 0 out of 0
