  I rented a F150 truck. When I was driving back in town the service engine light came on. When I brought the vehicle back I let them know it came on they did a walk threw and I was on my way, then a few weeks later I get a letter in the mail saying I did damage in front of the vehicle. I did not wreck the vehicle and if I did I would have used my insurance to fix it. I tried to reach out to the manage, I left messages trying to despite my case but nobody called me back. I did talk to a someone and they told me cooperate would be reaching out to me but they never did. I was a loyal customer with enterprise really hurt my feelings that they didn’t want to hear me out. I have no reason to lie they promised that someone would’ve reaching out to me and they didn’t now I’m on the do not rent list now so now I have to take them to court and prove my point, they lost a loyal customer and I always treated there vehicle like my own and I would never do them or anyone like that. I will never rent from them again that was very petty of them to try to blame me for something somebody else did it was no proof but they are trying to make me pay for something I didn’t do and I’m not

  They saved the day after Hertz canceled a reservation on me for not having availability the day I would pick up. Even though it’s pricey they came through! Super easy and fast. Thanks Evan!!!

  Jerrell was so helpful and efficient! He stayed after hours to get us checked in after my flight was delayed and I cannot express how grateful I am and how kind he was! So very helpful!

  I have a reservation at enterprise rental car inside the Louisville international airport and when I got there a representative called Maggie refused to handle me my reservation and my rental car key … why because she said that o don’t remember my very old address on their company profile and because of that I’m not getting any car from her… I requested a supervisor his name was Henry and of course he said the exact same thing… A lack of respect,customer service and professionalism and finally someone showing you that you are somebody at least and really wanted to help …. No more business with enterprise rental car at all at any cost .
