  Experience was fine. For the amount of money I paid, I would kinda expect the car I rented to be rear perfect. I traveled to a different state and back and on the way there it started raining. We ended up having to stop at an Oreilys and use our money to buy wipers for the car because the ones on the car were just spreading water around. Yes, I did get a refund for these wipers, it’s just that I had to make a separate trip for something you’d expect to already be good on the car. Nonetheless, the service was great and the employees were nice. Would recommend and will probably use them again.

  I actually was traveling and something was wrong with my rental so I had to return it to get a replacement while I was there. I remembered a couple days later that I forgot things in my car (and that was my fault, but it was items of worth) so I gave them a call. It was at the service area and hadn’t been rented out again, so I was assured I would get a call back when the items were being mailed back to me. Two weeks went by, and nothing came in the mail, so I called again. I was told that I would get a call back from the person that handled my rental and my initial call,… and it’s been another couple weeks and I have not gotten a call back. It’s one thing to be like, “sorry about your luck — we threw away your stuff before you called us,” (and again, THAT was my fault). and it’s a whole other thing to not have good, honest customer service & call back.
