  Will was very helpful and the other staff on the bardstown store closest to the fagenbush lane in Louisville Kentucky. Also the car was ready clean and exactly what we asked for something very reliable for a very long road trip. When we did pick up the car we had an issue the next morning with the GPS they were quick to tell me to bring it back to the store before we headed off to make sure everything was working correctly and if not they would exchange and put me in something that was they came out and got it working and showed us how to do it if it did mess up again highly recommend you speaking with Will and the other gentleman there. It did great even through the mountains .

  Enterprise is the best place to rent a car. The prices are great and the people that works there are very helpful and nice.

  I always rent from Enterprise, frequently from the Buechel location. They provide a ride from and to my house and the customer service is always excellent. My most recent rental had problems with the windshield washer system. The reservoir was empty, but the warning light didn’t light. I purchased a bottle and refilled the reservoir. The passenger side nozzle didn’t work at all and the driver side didn’t spray, it gushed. I was in bad weather and it didn’t take long for it to empty again. I called the Buechel office and they were very apologetic and provided me with the roadside service number in case I needed it and told me to contact a local Enterprise to swap the car out. When I returned the replacement car, the manager was great. He apologized again for the initial issue, refunded my washer fluid purchase, and gave me a free upgrade for my next rental. I will definitely use this Enterprise location again. I’ve had issues getting through to local Enterprise offices with other locations, but never with the Buechel office.

  Being screwed! I rented a Jeep Compass from the Bardstown location. The girl that was working was new and was by herself with only someone doing detailing in the back. There were customers waiting, so I felt completely rushed when doing the walk around. I did not notice a small chip in the windshield on the passenger side upper corner. I can't say if it was there when I rented the car or not due to bring rushed through the walk around. My fault for letting it happen. The chip was spotted upon return by the Bardstown Road, Louisville location. I received a bill from their recovery unit for $528 for a complete replacement by Safelite, which included a $50 charge for admin fees. I went on Safelite.com and got an estimate for a repair since it was only a tiny chip. The premium repair was estimated at $114.98. When I spoke to Christie at the recovery unit, I told her there was no reason they couldn't have opted for a repair verses an entire replacement. She said it was my their asset, not mine. Let's see..... how many people would opt for an entire windshield replacement for over $400 more than a premium repair on their personal vehicle? Not unless you're made of money. Which I am not! I will never do business with Enterprise again. Get your video camera ready when you do your walk around with them and DON'T let them make you feel rushed!
