- CMCJ MatthewsApr 4, 20265.0Upon renting my vehicle, Charlie and Noah were communicating with me, regarding my pickup time, the pickup time was a bit delayed due to short staffing but Noah communicated with me expeditiously regarding the delay and apologized which even though he didn't have to apologize, due to the circumstances not in his control, it was really chill that he did. Additionally, upon being picked up I met Charlie and he apologized again about the delay, after arrival at Enterprise, Noah immediately offered me an upgrade and Charlie found this upgrade to be a cheaper price than the original price, which he didn't have to mention. I was truly grateful for that. Charlie and Noah are consummate professionals and they exemplify the standard of costumer service. I'm truly pleased and will be using only their branch moving forward. A dealership sent me to them so I can rent a car since I’m in real estate. He wouldn’t rent it to me after a 40-minute Uber ride from the dealership with four forms of ID. He then told me to go buy a car, then chased me outside and tried to get me to come back in and do business with him. I called the dealership and am happily waiting on my truck instead of giving you all 65 dollars for a Chevy Equinox. Thank you for helping me save money with your terrible customer service, Noah.
