They give you a cloth to dry the car, and believe me, you will need it because there are many points to go through, because when it dries, you can see that in some places it is not well cleaned. But in general, I do recommend it.

I visited Zips Car Wash on Bardstown Road, and my experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Right at the main gate, the service was unhelpful and frustrating. The lady at the entrance seemed unwilling—or unable—to communicate in English. Every question I asked was met with her simply pointing at the iPad instead of explaining anything. It felt unwelcoming, and honestly, it seemed like we were treated differently because we are Asian. To make matters worse, the conveyor/roller system was broken, and I was told to come back later. When I asked for a refund, I was only given a customer service number. When I called, the automated system said the office was closed. I returned later when they were operating, but the experience did not improve. The vacuum area was poorly maintained. There were no clean rags available—only dirty, damp, and clearly used ones, which is unhygienic and unacceptable for a car wash. This was my first visit, and it left a very negative impression. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for decent service or a clean facility.
