The ground is always trashed. Don’t waste your time at this location. The one off Hurstborne by the meijer is amazing and clean!

Majority of the vacuum cleaners did not work or did not have any suction power there was maybe five vacuums that work of the probably 20. I thought all zip car washes were probably about the same. This is a complete waste of money. My vehicle looks almost worse than when I took it. I had to go home and hand wash my car. I must say I’ve never experienced this in any other car wash. I will say the customer service was good. The workers were attentive and did their job But theequipment is trash. I believe the wash solution must’ve been empty because it’s supposed to give me tire shine and my tires are dull
