  I went there on February 5, 2026 approximately around 1245pm to get my car wash done.The lady employee refused my car wash.Im a member of zips car wash for a few years now.This location was my first time going there.She needed my member number off of my window which I told her I could not read the numbers.I did not have my glasses.There were no reason for her to refuse my carwash.She should have a scanner or something to read my membership.I had no issues at Zips on Dixie Hwy.Dixie Hwy were able to take care of me with no issues.I had to get my car wash at Dixie.I do not recommend Zips on Cane Run when employee refused my car wash.I am going to call the manager on Monday morning on this employee refused my car wash.My membership was not cancelled.She did not want to help.She did not care to help.She simply refused my carwash.The employees at Dixie Hwy were very nice and took care of me with no issues.

  Didn't wash my whole car. Normally its the best here but I guess bc of the cold and weather, the brushes werent going all way around car and they only had 5 vacuum available! My car literally had a whole line of salt and dirt on the front and back of car! But highly recommend but very expensive

  Just left there at 9:20 AM. The young woman who stood at the entrance of the wash itself was pretty rude. She would guide me in, I'd pull forward a little, and everytime I'd look back at her she would roll her eyes and make this exaggerated expression of being so frustrated with me, like I was such an idiot. And I'm thinking, I can see you, you know that right? Made me feel unappreciated to say the least. I tried calling you to mention it but the recording doesn't even allow you to leave a voicemail. ...I knew I should've gone somewhere else. I will next time.

  The vacuum cleaners never work. None of them and if they do the suction is not strong enough to clean your car. The people that work here always look pissed off. The ground is always trashed. Don’t waste your time at this location. The one off Hurstborne by the meijer is amazing and clean!
