    I took my brand new 2025 Lexus ES 350 through the car wash, only because it rained. I am very OCD about this vehicle. The night before I took it to the car wash, I cleaned my rims and tires - basically clean my car every night (kind of embarrassing, but this the only thing I can keep as clean as I want, since wife and kids don't do the same for the house). I went through the $10 wash at 4:45 on Sunday (Sept 21st) just to rinse it off because it had rained earlier that day - first time I have taken this vehicle through a car wash since I bought it in July 2025. Later that evening (after kids and wife went to sleep - so they can't judge me) I went outside to clean the rims and shine the tires. I noticed three chips in both driver side wheels (the rims are black so the chips show white). I immediately reported this online to their claims department. Then the next day, I saw a black scrape on the lower side of my driver side door. After many more emails and calls to customer support - I was told the claim was in the "higher ups" hands (like there is no official title for these employees or a name). I went up to specific location of car wash also the next day so at least the employees could see the damage. I finally received a response to my claim and it was DENIED - before they had even seen the damage in person. All three chips are on the most outer edge of the rim and the tires are low profile. Any person with common sense would know they all happened at the same time. I have request to see the camera footage, so I could prove to them that the damage was not on the car prior to car wash. It's like they think I damaged my brand new car rims before I went to car wash and thought why don't I go through a car wash and blame them for it so I can get them fixed :/ Brandon Rydzewski was the person that denied the claim before even looking at the vehicle and not responsive at all, like he does not care that my new $55,000 car (something I thought I would never be able to afford) was damaged at their car wash. I went to Lexus to get their option and they both people I spoke to said that from what the damage looked like, it was definitely the car wash. Business's have insurance for a reason and when something doesn't work properly and it is the business's fault then they use the insurance to cover the cost for damage done to a customer.

    Would not recommend the wash scratched my car in several places the attendant verified the scratches were made in the places of the brushes my car is new and did not have multiple scratches all over before using the wash. Company denied any damages on their part
