    My car broke down in their engine bay due to a preexisting problem (she’s been on her last legs for years) and all of the staff were incredibly helpful. Very polite, did some troubleshooting with me, found the issue that was overheating my engine (thank you, MINI, for making your cars without an engine temp gauge! So convenient…) and it’s outside of their repair wheelhouse but they helped me figure out how to fix it. I brought them a headache and all they gave me was smiles and great service! Will return…with a car that won’t break down on them :)

    Lorenzo was one of the most detail oriented techs I have ever had at a Valvoline before. I have dealt with a very loud power steering noise since I got the car. Have always meant to get it looked at but never had the wherewithal. He heard my power steering noise when I first pulled in and checked my levels and saw some air bubbles. He informed me of the process to bleed the system and after about 5 minutes after my oil change, we took care of it and it has been so nice to drive lately! It is so smooth and no more noise! Want to shout out Lorenzo and thank him for his assistance!
