Always professional and they get you in and out in a timely manor. I pass up a couple of places just to get to this location. Definitely check them out and you won’t be disappointed!

When I asked for clarification, the “manager”, Cody, told me that it was stripped by the last person that changed my oil. Funny that it never leaked before but did after valvoline touched it. I had to get the oil pan re-threaded today for 200$. Will never use VIOC again and will make sure to tell everyone I know about my terrible experience.

I went back to the same location, & they found oil cap off. They asked if I had been back before this, or had been to another location which I had not. I got the impression they were trying to blame their mistake on someone else. They did clean up my engine & replace the oil. However, this mistake could have led to an engine fire. I've never had any problems with Valvoline in the past, but I was very disappointed this time.
