I found this odd since they were the ones who last changed my oil. This made me a bit upset at first, and after speaking with the store manager, things seemed to get even more confusing. Despite all that, after talking with Deven, the manager, he took the time to explain what most likely happened and worked with me to make things right. Through it all, Deven showed great customer service and helped resolve the issue. The only reason I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wasn’t told during my last visit that my drain plug was stripped and that they had to extract the oil by suction. That lack of communication feels deceptive. If it weren’t for Deven’s professionalism and effort to correct the situation, my review would be very different.
