- SASteve Aleksevitch4 days ago1.0I’ve used this location for years. The new management is horrific. I brought in a high mileage vehicle and asked if they could drain the radiator instead of flush. They claimed it would require disconnecting a hose and would not be safe. Upon research, there is a drain plug. When I pointed that out, the managers said, “hey bub, we’re not going to do it.” They lied and followed it up by being unprofessional and condescending. It’s not the first time I’ve received poor service. It’s the closest to my home but I’ll not be back.

Great customer service, I've never waited more than 10 minutes, and I feel as if they do a thorough job with not only the oil change but checking all the other things on my vehicle!
