  Awesome service. Needed my headlights replaced, and Joe worked very efficiently throughout. I’ll be back to the Bardstown location for my next one!

  A COLOSSAL waste of time! Truly the slowest service and longest wait from any industry I've ever experienced in my entire life. CONSISTENTLY! For some deranged reason, I've tried this place three times and every single trip has been longer than a visit to the ER. Additionally, the entire business is shoehorned into a fraction of a fraction of a parking lot off of one of the busiest streets in town, meaning that although they do /technically/ have two stalls for oil changes, only one car at a time can crank the greater-than-90°-turn necessary to get 75% of the way wedged into the business. From this point there is no hope of escape of, after 90 min of waiting you decide it's not worth it. Each and every patron then has to "Austin Powers 10-point turn" their car to get the final angle necessary to entern the business so they can start the next phase of their long wait. Lastly, it's surprising I came back for this third time, seeing that the second time I went they forgot to reconnect the intake boot and my car died on the highway from lack of oxygen to the engine. If you want to absolutely burn half a day, you should come to this location, otherwise bite the bullet and drive 30 to 50 minutes out of your way to go to a different location because you will still save time in the long run.

  Y’all want believe this I went to valvoline today to get a battery replaced that one of the workers told me I needed to replace yesterday and when I went I met two amazing hard working dedicated employees name DJ aka Darwin hopefully I’m saying it right and the amazing manager Tuesday December 9 at approximately 5:00-5:40 who went above and beyond and figured out that I didn’t need a battery replacement after throughly checking my car out only to find that a cap from the new battery had been left on there when it was replaced thanks to those guys I left with the biggest smile on my face and I am even going to come back to tip the both of them hats off to them two non money spent they absolutely rock 100000000/10 will recommend when your car is in need of any maintenance I will be coming back as well for future checkups moving forward..ps sorry for the long paragraph I just wanted to make sure they where recognized for the hard work and for everyone to know how happy I am🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

  I went today for an oil change and the lady working scanned my door then proceeded to tell me I was not due for an oil change in a rude tone. I explained that my car was acting funny and it typically means it’s time for an oil change. She then said you’re only at 2k miles you don’t need an oil change just go put some oil in your car. I explained that my car is actually due on the 26th she said do you drive the car? I said yes I do. She said then you don’t need an oil change that date is only if the car is not being driven. I said I’m also almost at my miles for my oil change. She said you don’t need an oil change. I asked so you’re saying I can’t get an oil change here? She said I mean you can if you wanna waste $108. The lady was rude to me and I just decided to leave. I then went home and checked my oil and it was completely emptied out not a drop in there. I don’t know anything about changing or filling up my oil so I was just needing some assistance. I’ve never went to a vavoline and experienced that before. I decided to go to a different one and they were extremely helpful and educated me.
