- BGBeau G1 day ago1.0This place redefined slow. I've been here for over an hour waiting on an oil change. Other cars have gone in before me and nobody is keeping track of who got here first. I'm being ignored by the staff. If you want to waste 2 hours trying to get an oil change this is the place to go. Steph never scanned me in while I was sitting in line either. I'm pretty sure it's required that they scan you in as soon as you pull in. Because they've normally done that in the past. They also checked me out way before they ever finished the service. I'm guessing they were trying to pad the numbers since they were going so slow. They are also extremely overpriced and refused to accept competitors coupons.

Very unprofessional, will not be going to this Valvoline again.
