    I usually expect quick and reliable service from Valvoline, but this visit was disappointing. I had my transmission fluid flushed, and afterward I realized the fluid level was low. I went back again, but even after the second visit, it still seems low and my car’s issue hasn’t been fixed. Staff was friendly, but I expected better attention to detail. I’ll likely choose a different service center next time.

    From point of entry, I felt welcome and the whole energy of the business was positive and helpful. I never felt pressured to buy any extra services that was recommended and I don’t think I ever was complemented on how well I kept up with the maintenance on my car until that day. the manager was very nice and personable he asked questions and listened to your answers and gave me suggestions on how to keep up with the maintenance of my vehicle. Definitely left there feeling better than what I came in.
