I was told I might have to wait an hour before my car could be worked on which was fine. Unfortunately I waited there for 3.5 hours and only received a rotation. Carlos was very apologetic about the issue, I’ve been here before and have had good experiences. Just stinks to lose my morning and be late to work due to something so simple.
