I would give this place negative stars but that's not a option. I tried to give this place a 2nd chance after having a bad experience with them years ago. The guys that work at this place will be nice to you and then try to scam you out of a whole lot of money. I went there and dropped off my truck to get my back brakes fixed. They called me back and said I needed new back brakes and rotors. Before he gave me the price he said he will give me $250 off of the repair. He said the new total price is $1700 for back brakes and rotors. That price is outrageous and unrealistic. He was insulting my intelligence. He really thought I was stupid. I said, I'm not paying that much for rear brakes and rotors. There is noway that I will will pay that much ever. I told him, I was on my way to pick up my truck. His manager called me back and said he will do brakes and rotors for one wheel for $1100. I said , no.. I'm on my way to pick up the truck. That lower price was still outrageous for one wheel. So, I picked up the truck and took it down the street to a smaller shop. I paid just $350 for high quality brakes and rotors at the small shop. That was for 2 wheels. Do not go to that Tires Discounters place. They are scammers. They will try to scam as much money as they can out of you. I feel sorry for the guy that was standing in front of me at Tire Discounters. They used the same line on him. They told him he was getting a $250 discount on his repair. And they gave him a outrageous price well over $1000. He didn't even question them about the high price. He just agreed to it. You all should really be ashamed of your selves trying to scam people out of money during this Holiday season.

This used to be our go to place but we don't feel that way so much anymore. We went in to have a tire repaired which they could not do. So they had to replace it but they had to order it and we sat there for almost 5 hours for a tire that was an hour and a half away. It did not show up that day at all and we had to return the next day at 8:00 a.m. with a promise that we would be the first ones in. But I don't feel a tire change should actually be an 8-hour experience. The technician himself was actually not very pleasant. And he acted as if we were interfering with his free time

Took my car to get tires mounted and balanced here. They did not set the tire pressure right they did not relearn the TPMS sensors and they did not balance one of the tires. I took it back. They told me they were too busy. It would take another day I told them don’t worry about it. I’ll take my business to somebody else.

So I was a new customer and needed a place to change my tire. I had an emergency tire situation and showed up about an hour ago as a walk-in (which is allowed) expecting a wait, and the old guy with the mustache and glasses at the counter gave me the dirtiest looks, and wouldn't even look me in the eyes. He said "well other people here have appointments like that guy behind you, and the woman next to you" and tried to get them against me like i was asking or expecting to take their spots in line. then told me it'd be atleast two hours, which would've been fine; but I am not spending money at a business where I am talked to like such an inconvenience. Do not waste your time or money here. They are very rude and condescending and talk to you like you are less than when you are just a walk in.
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
