They were short staffed the day I was in, and he was a rock star. He not only took care of the steady stream of customers coming through the door, but also went to the garage to help keep things moving when he could. He ended up putting my new rotors and brake pads on himself so that I could still get my car same day. He also worked with me on the price, matching a competitor's price on my tires and installation. Not to mention I received a free alignment and free oil change with my services. Very pleased, I will be back! :)

On top of that, it's a 2002 so it's old and needed a good portion of parts/systems updated and brought back into the realm of what is considered safe. The technician that helped me, David, was EXTREMELY kind and helpful during the whole process. He also put forth the extra effort to help get everything updated/replaced/fixed within my budget (as I was strapped for cash since I had just used my reserves to purchase the truck). Work was done in a timely manner and with great attention to quality and detail! David even reached out to me about a week after the work was complete just to ensure I was happy with how everything turned out! I can't recommend this Tire Discounters location enough!
