Great group of people who work there. I had a slow leak in one of my tires that I couldn’t find and when I brought it in they were very busy but he said they would be an hour and a half before they could get it fixed. They had it fixed and ready to go in just over an hour. Thanks for the great job!

Do not go here, find somewhere else I beg you. Three trips and almost 5hrs today and it’s still not right. The service manager Dave is either incompetent or a liar, I am not sure which one but either way don't let this place work on your vehicle. Also, the showroom is filthy and looks like it has not been cleaned in a month, I made three trips to this store over a weeks time and the same half drunken water bottle was on the table each time. The floors are filthy, everything covered in dust, and the trash is overflowing.

I had multiple bad experiences at this location. The most recent is I had new tires installed on my son’s Jeep Cherokee. After driving it for a day the low tire pressure warning light appeared on the dash. My son took the car back so they could investigate the vehicle. They kept it all day long and could not resolve the issue. They told me to take the vehicle to a Jeep dealership. After my son returned from college for Christmas break, we took it to a Jeep dealership. After they investigated the issue, the low tire pressure sensor was installed incorrectly. The dealership installed the sensor correctly and the warning light went off. Unfortunately, I had to pay the dealership a fee to fix an issue that was avoidable if Tire Discounters had installed the sensor correctly. I went back to Tire Discounters to let them know what the dealership said and how they fixed the sensor. Jacob, the manager at Tire Discounters, told me they installed the sensor correctly and disagreed with the dealership. I let Jacob at Tire Discounters know I was not happy with their service and felt his staff was not as knowledgeable as they should be. As I left I could see an employee gesturing to me through the window. I returned to ask if he was gesturing to me. He said he was talking and gesturing to a customer in the waiting room. The customer then started berating and yelling at me because I complained about the service I received. Another issue earlier in 2025 when I had them inspect the same car about possible new brakes. Jacob, the manager, told me it needed back brakes so I had them replace the brakes. My son drive it for a while and said the car still shook when he applied the brakes even with the new back brakes. I took the car back to Tire Discounters on Taylorsville Road. Jacob said the car needed front brakes. I questioned why he told me the front brakes were okay two weeks prior. No intelligent explanation was given. Overall terrible service and I will never return. I encourage others to avoid as well unless you wanted to be treated poorly by the staff and other customers.

Frequently Asked Questions About Tire Discounters

How do I know if I need an alignment?

The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.

How do I get a free alignment?

At Tire Discounters, when you purchase any 4 tires with installation, you get a FREE alignment. A 4 wheel alignment is valued at $129.99, and comes with a 12 month warranty.
