I get over to them with both kids in tow, and my problems were handled in such a professional and compassionate manor. John was incredible to work with and reassured me that they could fit me in since it was a couple hours before them closing. With two rambunctious kiddos in the lobby, I sat patiently and before I knew it my car was all fixed and being pulled out. I was so impressed with the check-in, wait time, and service I received. These men ROCK!! John needs a so extra acknowledgment because he doesn’t know how much he helped me get through a difficult and stressful situation. Thanks to the staff that worked on my car and was able to get me and my kids back on the road!! I will be back if I have any other car needs.
