The shop got me in with no issues and communicated the wait time accurately. They were very busy today, which is also a statement of their work. The front desk folks and the shop technicians were very friendly. I even observed the front desk going out of their way to make a customer happy with pricing and services. Finally, the price was about half of what I expected. I really appreciate the service. Thank you!

They advised that he needed a new injector and they recommended replacing all six. $4500 or so. Uh… took it to my regular place (where I have a warranty)… they looked at it. Everything was fine. Just some bad gas or something. Nonissues at all with the engine. This place will rip you off and over sell to the extreme. BEWARE!!! They do not care about you, your car or situation… they just want your money and as much as they can get. Last year, too, they told us we needed all kinds of additional stuff. We didn’t. Shame on this place and the people that run it. They have no soul or conscience to be sure. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!!!! Unless you just have an excess of extra money and don’t care where it goes. And of that is so… give me a call. I could use it! Sad these days when you cannot trust a place to fix your car with only what it needs.

At 1040 my jeep was finally taken back after two people who came in with no appt were taken back before my jeep. Very disappointed Wanted to add update, gentleman at front did apologize and thanked me for my patience. Just a note, a heads up when I got there that they were running behind would have been helpful.
