Service was quick too - took less than an hour. I’ve always had long waits at Big O. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every staff member I had an interaction with was friendly and helpful. I will absolutely be returning here when I need it!

Went back to pick the car up and when ask what was fixed they did fix the leak. Ask about the vibration I was told to drive it and if it’s not fixed bring it back. The staff could have balanced the tire to see but again the front desk was extremely rude from the word go. The man was a bigger fella with bushy beard.. My wife and I have bought 4-5 sets of tires but never again. I sure missed Steve being there on Friday 1-23-26.
