    It’s weird that you reply to every negative review with the same nonsense. Especially when someone mentions that they already contacted your customer relations department and got zero help.

    They broke my air box and didn’t say anything. It was obviously broken off. They avoided telling me it was completely loose, because they broke it. But I knew. She walked over to my door trying not to seem paranoid about what the guy had done when he had trouble opening it to look at my filter. She asked, “did you notice it sounds like you have a vacuum leak?” I was watching between the crack between my hood and dashboard when it happened. When I started my car back up at the end, my check engine light was on. I didn’t know what to do other than file a report online. Accusing them on the spot would have gone wrong. I wasn’t about to deal with that confrontation. I may have lost it if they started denying it. I contacted customer relations and filed the complaint to be looked into. They “investigated”, and are claiming it was like that before I went in. It wasn’t. From their cameras distance and angle it can’t possibly show exactly what happened. Still they’re assuming it was like that because they can’t tell. They’re simply taking the workers word over mine. I’m telling you my check engine light was not on when I pulled in there. You all broke my air box. You lost several customers within my family and I will share this information on other platforms. As well as file a report with the Better Business Bureau. It would have been very simple to own up to a small error that you would not have gotten fired for. It’s not too late to tell the truth and fix your error. You were scared you’d get in trouble. Everybody understands. My check engine light was not on. I had no leak. This is not right.
