Not gushy, just solid good attitudes despite the cold flurry weather this morning. The staff was informative but not overbearing. They cared enough to show me a picture of an area I need to keep an eye on, if which I wasn’t aware. Furthermore and despite the fact I forgot my coupon, they still found a way to help me save on the services I purchased. Overall great experience and would recommend them.

I had previously only taken my Cadillac to the dealership because their prices had been competitive with other places. New service manager = outrageous prices @ the dealership. After reading some reviews I decided on Strickland Brothers on Westport Rd. WOW!!! I was very impressed! The two employees were very kind and knowledgeable! They were very thorough and even took pictures of a tiny oil leak that has started in the rear of my engine block! A lot of car maintenance places see a female and think “easy upsell” because they assume she won’t know anything about engines. I happen to know more than most guys. The employees at Strickland treated me fairly and with respect- it was refreshing. If you are contemplating taking you car there but are not sure what kind of job they will do I understand. But I can tell you they are worth a try! I will not be taking my car anywhere else for oil changes from here on out!
