Chris and his whole crew were fantastic! They treated me like family, took such good care of Loretta( my 2010 Land Rover, that most people absolutely hate to work on). The whole experience was wonderful! I am so excited to have found a place with people I trust. I will be back!! Thank you so much!

Then I asked about using synthetic Valvoline oil Because that what I have been using in the vehicle. - the tech said no problem used oil from bulk gun which I asked again which oil would you use if I wanted a basic bottom line oil change. No comment. I get paying for more then 5 qt of oil which my vehicle takes 6.25 told it 6.40- Positive- the Techs weee friendly Negative- I paid over $100 for oil & filter - Sorry tire pressure check & light check. No need to check the air filter it’s an k&N filter-

Usually it’s just been for an oil change and changing my air filter, but recently I needed some extra help. 2-3 weeks ago, I stopped in and James and Austin were there to help me with my oil change. While there, they found that the drain plug was cracked — they said that if I can get myself a drain plug, that they would place it on there for me and redo my oil at no extra cost. Of course I was ecstatic. Well, today I had some other issues with my car that I needed to take care of and found out that my oil was somehow bone dry. I knew that it wasn’t anyone’s fault, so I took it back to Strickland and asked what could have happened — I had the pleasure of working with Austin, James, Chris, and Julian this time. They found that once again, the drain plug was cracked and that the timing cover was a second leak source. Chris is the manager there and is able to complete more complex jobs like swapping out the plug (for a more snug one) and gasket that needed to be replaced — the only thing that they had me pay for this time was the oil itself and I couldn’t be more pleased. All I know is that anytime I need help, I know I can go to Strickland Brothers on Poplar Level and they’ll take good care of me. Thank you all again!
