  First visit here, since staying in the area Had my doubts oil could be changed in 10 minutes. But these guys got it done! Even though they were working on Christmas Eve the guys were very friendly, and helpful. Will definitely come back next time

  Was over charged!!!!! I was specific stating I wanted the $79.99 oil change listed in the options. After my oil change my card was ran I was handed a receipt and I drove off without paying attention (yes that was my fault) After getting back to work I looked at the receipt and was charged $99.99 and an additional $6.00 and some change for an oil filter. Shouldn't a filter be part of the oil change??? The service was good, quick in and out but I will not go back. (UPDATED REVIEW) Changed my review from 1 to 4. Strickland Brothers customer service was very accommodating in making things right and refunded the overcharge. I was pleased with the service and will give it another try.

  My husband decided to try this new place, and we had a bit of a time constraint. We arrived to find no line (just 1 vehicle inside in one of 3 bays) and were greeted promptly by a friendly gentleman who gave us each a complimentary small bottle of water. We went in to the bay and things did start quickly. There was a pricing guide easily viewable, so my husband and I were trying to decide which to go with as the car was readied. When asked which we wanted, the prices were sounding different than what was showing. My husband was unphased while I was confused and feeling a bit misled. My husband explained that there's fees and charges that get added, not just tax. I don't understand why they don't post prices that way, but apparently that's normal for this service. I had forgotten about that. Once the oil was chosen, the service was done quickly. We got full synthetic oil and an inspection for just shy of $106 including tax and fees. Unlike some other places, we didn't hear any pitches about new filters and such, which was nice. The total time there was more like 20 minutes, but our car has some plate on the bottom that took extra time to put back too. According to the receipt which was e-mailed (love saving trees), our oil was low when we arrived. They added air to the tires and washer fluid in addition to the few other things that were inspected. The receipt even shows the names of who did what during the service. We even got a complimentary air freshener. Oh and our sticker was placed inside the windshield yet somehow neither of us even saw it happen! Apparently there's a ninja who works there too! We were pleased overall and will return. Next time should be even faster because our information will already be in the system.
