The next photo shows after taking it to them when they blamed the last person stripping the drain plug! I talked to the home office and sent them the data of when the picture was taken. They STILL do not accept responsibility. I really just wanted an apology and possibly to cover a replacement drain plug, (about $30.00) but now I will be taking them to court for the full repairs. Do not trust this place! Also, a lot of these “positive” reviews are from employees.. beware! Proof is in the photos!
