He explained that my oil wasn't reading properly but assured me they put in the correct amount of oil. I said, "Yes, I'm aware. I had my oil changed at a Toyota dealership, and they switched dipsticks with another vehicle or lost mine. I have one ordered from another dealership." Both were very nice, and I was glad I could get my oil changed before I hit the road tomorrow morning for a small business trip.

They do everything valvoline does in 1/2 the time and there’s never a huge line of cars waiting. When they say 10 minutes, they mean it. But honestly the little things they do to go the extra mile with friendly service is what made me a regular customer after that first oil change. Great job guys.
