You choose your appointment window and then they "reassign" the time they want you to have. Then they blow up your email and text everyday with the wrong appointment time. They eliminated their phone support for customers to clarify and verify appointment details. I was turned away when I showed up for my selected appointment time. They claimed that they did not open a claim with my insurance, since they turned me away, but when I called my insurance company to set up a new company to get my auto glass fixed, they said Safelite had already opened a claim. Steer clear of this company at all costs.

The technician was thorough, he contact me first thing in the morning to let me know where I stood in the order of the day, he also called me twenty minutes prior to his arrival. He was very polite and well manner. Communicated the steps of the installation and aftercare. It was an amazing experience. 10/10 highly recommend!
- DKDarren KremerNov 3, 20251.0Our experience was not good, first the installer brought a scratched windshield (the windshield was known to be scratched by Safelite), we rejected it and had to reschedule for a week later, it rained so no replacement and we rescheduled. At the end of the 2nd attempt the installer broke the windshield while connecting the rear view mirror, the mirror assembly was left hanging/swinging by wires by the installer. Again rescheduled, we were told we had to wait 5 days for the sealant to cure. The 3rd attempt the installer told us we needed to wait now 7 days instead of 5. Rescheduled a 4th time and had a great installer that finally got it taken care of. Not a good operation and I will not use safelite again, waste of time.
