- GUGabe UmilaFeb 3, 20265.0Safelite Auto Glass was dead on they made sure that the windshield and the rear window that was shot by some idiot running down the street with a gun they were timely they were on time every time the technicians were the most polite and respectable people that I have ever met I recommend safe flight to anybody who needs windshield or a window for their vehicle these technicians are great it doesn't even take long to schedule an appointment they help you out with it they'll set you up with it they'll even call you or text you days before your appointment to make sure everything still a go and that's what I call good customer service if other companies would follow their example Safelite wouldn't be putting them out of business that's what I'm saying but the technicians were fantastic the office people were great the website is easy to follow I just give them a bravo Zulu from United States Navy veteran
