- TMTee MDec 29, 20251.0Tonight was my first time going to racetrac.. I've been DoorDashing for hours and I was thirsty so I wanted some water. I decided fine to use the self checkout I accidentally double scanned my water and when I hit edit It requested that he take off the item. He told me to hold on a second. I said okay. He said I'll just get you over here so he wanted me to cut line. When I said I'm not going to do that this is why I tried to use the self checkout cuz I have to go I don't want to wait he got a attitude and said I said I'll be just a minute. I responded by saying I wasn't getting an attitude, he said I'm not getting attitude either. I said one more thing and he stopped looked at me with a attitude rude as could possibly be. So I told him and said I don't want the water and sat the water up there on the counter. I'm not going to pay money to a store to be disrespected like that. He is it. A grumpy old white man with white hair and a white beard. He needs to dial that tone down before he meets the wrong person.
- ATAllison ThomasDec 19, 20251.0Just opened, so gave it a try. Pay at pump system didn't work - cash only. Tried food and coffee YUK!! Coffee tasted like a cigar soaked in water, food was mediocre, cold and expensive. Not off to a good start - won't be back.
- MAMelanie AdamsDec 17, 20251.0Went yesterday the pumps had bags but the sign said pay with gas inside . Assumed that’s why bags were there went inside . The employee was rude didn’t apologize didn’t listen to me about the sign so they could take it down. She basically was hostile . I understand your having issues but they aren’t mu problem don’t act like I caused them. Cheap gas with way cheaper customer service may not be worth it.
