The employee who assisted me had a very bad attitude and treated me poorly for no apparent reason. The customer service was unprofessional and made the experience very unpleasant. This type of behavior is unacceptable, and management should address it.

- DCDonald CooperNov 28, 20251.0Absolutely no customer service. I went in to get a whole pizza, walk over to the counter with the pizza and I'm in luck there is a whole triple pepperoni pizza. Look down and there is only single slice boxes and no one is behind the counter. Look over to the registers there are 2 cashiers and another employee just standing there talking, after about a minute the one i assume isn't a cashier walks away from the conversation and directly past me. I'm thinking they are finally coming to help but no they continue walking past the employee entrance to the food counter, they also ignore me asking for help after I realized they were not in fact coming to help on their own. I stood there for another four or five minutes waiting for some service with the cashiers staring at me the whole time. No help ever came! I will never step foot in that RaceTrac or any other ever again.
