  So the day I picked up the truck I noticed the lift gate was down a little, no big deal figured somebody didn't put it up all the way, which I did before I left the lot. I get home which is about 20-25 mins away and it had already dropped again. That there tells me something is wrong with it. So needless to say I'm leasing this truck as an independent contractor so it's not like I can be running back and forth when I have work to do. I called them and told them the situation and they said to bring it by the next time I was in area, Brought it to them, they in checked it out, it had a bad valve, had to order it, gentleman told me it would take about a hour to replace once they received the part. Took 2 weeks to get the part and I stop in there again to see if they could fix it. Now I'm being told that it's going to be a 3 hour job and that I have to schedule a time to bring it in. It's hard to do when I'm running all over to do my job. My complaint is the miscommunication between the shop personnel on how long it takes to make a repair and the money that I'm paying to lease this equipment that doesn't even work correctly and technically it's a hazard. You think they could take care of the problem before letting the truck get off of their lot. My second problem is the box condition, missing wood slats in the back which makes it hard to secure freight. Glass and drywall screws stuck between the wood floor and the metal plate towards the rear of truck, which means they didn't even clean the back out from who ever used it last. Also a huge crack in the front of the box which I had to tape myself to keep freight from getting wet, when I mentioned this to them the technican said they would have to take it to the body shop to have that fixed. Again, why are these problems not addressed before letting your equipment leave your facility. Especially when someone is paying a lot of money to have a dependable truck to do their job in safe and timely manner.

  Poor management, can't keep fuel attendant.Because the that actually works,get fired.The fuel station, supposedly has been inopt, for over a month.But somehow the commercial rentals get fueled 🙈🙉🙊
