I have never experienced this charge. Most concerning is my reservation & estimate did not disclose this charge and my drop off location was confirmed. My original estimate was $300 and my final charge was $867.00. I called customer service they were willing to refund me 1/2 of the mileage charge $250. I asked for %100 and the customer service rep said I declined the refund. They escalated my issue to the local branch without any timeline or explanation on how to follow up. If they are willing to refund %50, why not %100. I love the convenience and service from National, but this is just not a transparent good business practice.
