- BRBryan ReedOct 4, 20245.0Last week we drove in from Detroit for a fun week on the Bourbon Trail. Upon arrival to our hotel my left front tire went flat. We drove to the Mercedes dealership in Louisville the next morning hoping for a quick repair. Braedon and his team got to work and determined I had a cracked wheel that needed to be replaced. Braedon expedited the replacement and somehow found us a loaner on very short notice that allowed us to continue on our vacation. The next day the wheel was replaced, car washed and we were on our way. This is hands down the best Mercedes dealership I have ever visited. Accommodations are excellent, as is the staff. Thanks Braedon and team!!!

The gentleman tech who has worked on Benz for 41 years made the effort to look up information through formal Benz manual and made his recommendations. They did not charge me for their effort. Honestly, I was willing to pay because it is Benz dealership. Great experience. I will going back for future services.
