I had the most AMAZING buying experince at Mercedes Benz of Louisville. Matt Damico was my Sales Consultant. I came in without an appointment not really sure what I wanted. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable and when I say extremely knowledgeable I mean he answered all my questions and then demonstrated his answer. He let me drive whatever I wanted. I left the first visit not purchasing a car but this is where it gets even better. He followed up with me, not in a pushy way, never pushy always respectful and polite so it allowed me to be open and honest with him about what I was thinking and to be honest I wasn't quite sure at that point what I wanted but he didn't push. I went to many other dealers in town to look at other type cars and I have nothing good to say about them. They lie and manipulate. If you've gone car shopping you know what I'm talking about!
