I’d been searching around the city all day for someone who could remove locking wheel lug nuts. When I came into this location, gentleman behind the counter asked if I needed help with something. I explained the situation and he told me that it would be pricey, but they could do it. Even though the shop seemed quite busy, there were several mechanics who saw how distraught I was and in need stopped what they were doing to help me. They were done in a matter of minutes and what I’m assuming is the manager helped me out by explaining that if I was to go purchase regular lug nuts from an another Store it would be cheaper. He didn’t have to give me that kind of advice but he did anyway. EVERY ONE there showed me incredible compassion when I was having a terrible day and I’m eternally grateful. In the future, I Absolutely plan to book them for future services with treatment that incredible.
