  I bought 2500 dollars worth of tires in about 4 weeks on two vehicles not counting 400 on brakes and 300 on alignments Had a pure blow out on gene snider about 30 days in. Took the tire in and they would not back the tire. Said I didn’t buy roadside hazard. Well, I thought a 300 dollar tire would last more than a month. They weren’t very helpful. I thought this was gonna be my go to store. Thought wrong. I won’t be back. ( unless the roadside coverage that I had to buy is needed on these junk tires. ).

  I cannot say enough great things about thus Ken Towery location. I use them for both work and personal vehicles. Casey and his team provide great customer service, repairs are done in a timely manner, and the pricing is always fair.

  Fantastic! I had a flat tire at the end of the day and Ken Towery was amazing. they not only fixed the issue but were very helpful and kind.

  I brought my vehicle in for power loss and engine issues after getting nowhere with two other shops. One even told me the car was basically unfixable and to keep driving it as is. Terry took a look, identified the problem quickly, and completed the repair the same day. Casey kept me updated throughout and was extremely fair with pricing. I’m genuinely grateful for this team. They were honest, transparent, and got the job done right. I won’t hesitate to come back.

  From the moment I walked in at 3:29 PM, all the way until I left around 6:30 PM, Carlos showed a level of care and professionalism that truly stood out. I had been having a rough day before I even stepped into the shop, but his kindness changed everything. Carlos treated every single customer with patience, respect, and genuine concern. Even when the waiting room got busy, he constantly checked on us, gave updates about our vehicles, and made sure no one felt forgotten. Any time he noticed a worried look on someone’s face, he immediately came over to reassure us. When he answered the phone, you would’ve thought he was a professional recording—his tone was so clear, polite, and consistent. And even after hours of working nonstop, he never lost his smile or his energy. Everyone in the lobby was talking about how exceptional he was, and we all felt the same way. I visited on December 4, 2025, and because of Carlos, what started as a miserable day for me turned into an unexpectedly comforting one. He created such a calm, pleasant atmosphere that even the customers started talking and laughing together. Carlos truly made the whole experience smooth and soothing. He is respectful, hardworking, and genuinely cares about the people who walk through those doors. Employees like him are the reason customers come back. Thank you, Carlos. You really made a difference that day.
