Got a call in the afternoon saying that it should be done that day and i would be getting called back shortly. Waited all day and 30 minutes before close i decided to walk up to store location. Apparently a tech thought the ball joints were loose but didn’t check which one and just passed the keys on to the “master tech” who was off. Basically had my car sitting in the bay for 10 hours just for them to fix a flat and give me no information on what is actually wrong. Only worker that was helpful through the entire process was Jeremy
