  I called ahead about waiting while fixing a flat tire. I arrived when he said and within 15 minutes we had settled up and I was on my way!

  I've been bringing my truck here for years. Tech calls and tells me my air filter looks like it was never replaced at 140k miles. Tells me it should of been checked at every service I've had there. I've had at least 5 in the past year. Im wondering what else hasn't been done now and I wasn't offered anything as a result of this failure in service.

  I needed an emergency battery replacement. After checking prices online, I went to this Ken Towery because I've always been treated well at the other branches. I thought I would be there for a few hours, but was out in around 45 minutes. The gentleman who assisted me was very nice, explained what the charges were & didn't try to upsell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Will definitely come back!

  I was taken advantage of and coerced into buying tires that I did not need and I specifically told them I did not want a synthetic oil change but was charged for it. And there were people (approx. 7-10) who were not wearing uniforms in the garage area doing things tto my car (I do not know what exactly) for 2 hours and 45 minutes. They were not putting on or taking off any tires at that point because the tires i said get , I'd get them at a later time, were not at the store. The tires arrived later and the attendant insisted on putting them on at that time. My original tires were new and purchased 3 months ago. I feel I was duped by Ken towers tires and I feel that my car was compromised and my safety is at risk. I called corporate and was told there was nothing they were going to do even though there is a law in my state protecting the consumer from coercion of buying tires. I was charged nearly $400. And it just makes me sick they took advantage of me..

  It was 18 degrees, 4 inches of snow and one tire would not hold air. I purchase tires at KT 3 years ago. They were busy, but worked me in, replaced the tire pressure gague, charged me $23 for the part and my tire is holding air. The people were professional, friendly, and Happy. Happy employees are a good sign of a well run business. I could not have been happier with my experience.i have bought all my tire from that store for the last 15 years.
