  Go anywhere else! I had my FL tire replaced in October. My FR tire went flat a month later, so i went back to them. They informed me that my struts were damaged and destroying both my FL and FR tires and now i needed two new front tires, new struts, new alignment and rotation, and new breaks... to the tune of $3K... i asked them why the struts were not caught the month before when i was there, and how in the heck i went through a brand new tire in one month.... they couldn't tell me why but informed me they had switched management since then. So i took my business somewhere else, where they told me they think that Ken Towery replaced my BL tire (the wrong Tire!) and my struts did not need to be replaced.... do not take your business here.

  Bought 4 new tires, after a week still having a lot of road noise. Returned to have them look at the tires. They wanted a $149 diagnostic fee to look at them, not refundable if it was a problem with the tires. It was cheaper for me to take them somewhere else to get them balanced correctly. Lesson learned.

  I have nothing but great things to say. Staff very courteous and helpful. I had an appt scheduled with another company and went I went there was told mechanic not in and to reschedule. You got me in same day and had my car back by end of day. I was referred by my parents and I will go back.

  I am so MAD!!! I spent over $1600 to have new struts, front tires, and an alignment done. When I got my car back, I was so upset. The windshield wipers weren’t working properly, there was squealing and popping from the front left tire area, the horn was broke, and the my steering wheel shakes when I use my brakes now. Took it back up there and had it looked at. They said they didn’t put the wipers back on the right gear after removing them from putting on struts. Which, should’ve been checked in my opinion, before giving my car back. Horn was broke, and they didn’t hear anything, I heard from the front left tire area. Of course they didn’t. BUT….. now they said, “ My rotors are back and that’s why my steering wheel shakes.” Ummm, my car didn’t have any of these problems before I took it in to get fixed and why when they changed my tires, no one said my rotors were bad? Took which I asked the front desk guy. He said “ I don’t know.” I asked for the manager and he said there wasn’t one there. I asked to speak to the mechanic sitting on the other side of the window and I could just hear him saying there’s nothing he could do. Didn’t even get up out of his seat. Wow! No one apologized to me or even cared. They just want more money. Here’s what I think happened…they changed out my rotors when they put new tires on to keep for a shady employee and gave me old ones from someone’s personal or a friends vehicle they were working on outside of the facility and that’s why it wasn’t mentioned to me. I will never do business there again. Been going there over 10 yrs and it’s always new people. So something’s off for sure there. I’m calling corporate and complaining, because I refuse to spend more money on something that was fine on my car that was stolen and broken.

  I had a nail in my tire causing a slow air leak. I did not have a prior appointment. It was on Saturday after 3:00 p.m. The personnel were busy, but professional. The manager advised me of the price to repair and wait time. I had to wait 2 hours, but the repair took only 20 minutes and he fixed the leak. Thank you for great service, despite a long wait.
