- TBTom BertucciJan 22, 20265.0For the past 2 months one of my car tires has been slowly leaking air (1 PSI per week), so I figured I had a tiny puncture. I took it to a tire store today and they tried and tried to find the source of the leak. They couldn’t find a hole but ended up seeing that the valve stem core was misaligned (the core is the mechanism that controls airflow, allowing you to inflate or deflate the tire while preventing air leaks). They turned it 2 clicks to get it properly centered and then didn’t charge me a fee. I am now a loyal customer of this honest shop.
