I was greeted by Curry when I arrived and he provided excellent service and answered my questions. My car was serviced in under an hour and I was on my way. Well don and I will be a return customer!

The rep called me a few hours later and advised that my front tires weren’t in the best shape, and I really needed an alignment. I told him I was planning on getting a new full set of tires after Christmas. He told me that wasn’t needed as my back tires were in great shape, but the dire need for alignment really wore down my fronts. He advised only 2 new ones and an alignment would be the best choice. I really appreciated his honesty and how he didn’t try to seize the opportunity to sell me 4 new tires now.

It took over an hour to get the tire looked at and issue fixed even though it was just a piece of wood lodged in the edge of the tire. When I received the call about the tire I was told it needed new back brakes and new window wipers. I replaced the window wipers back in the spring and when asked about back brakes replacement I was told they would have to replace everything. I felt like I was being taken advantage of and being sold more than what I really needed. Other than taking it back under the tires warranty I will only take other vehicle issues to our mechanic.
