  My intial encounter with this team was very positive. When I called to inquire about pricing and tire availability for my flat tire, the representative was patient and helpful. Unfortunately, the in-person service did not meet that same standard. ​Upon arriving via tow truck with a non-drivable vehicle, I attempted to coordinate placement with the staff, but felt my concerns were dismissed. Despite having a scheduled appointment, and arriving early for my appointment, I waited in the lobby for over an hour without being addressed. When I eventually followed up, I was told the shop was simply busy and they would "get to it when they could." ​After watching multiple customers who arrived after me receive service, I checked in a second time. It was only then discovered that I had never been properly checked into the system, despite being in the lobby the entire time, and my keys had not even been collected. ​While I understand that shops get busy and additional repairs may be identified during an inspection, the lack of organization and the failure to acknowledge the two-hour delay caused by a clerical error was unprofessional. I was never offered an apology for being overlooked, nor was there any effort to rectify the time lost. Furthermore, the original quote that I recieved for the specific tire I had originally requested, did not match the quote I was given in person. ​I value the technical work, but the customer service and administrative oversight during this visit were unacceptable.

  Went in for a tire leak check. Ended up being a leaking valve stem. Hopefully that fixed it. Got me in quickly since it was dead in there. The reason for my poor review was less the job they did and more the customer experience and the facility. Trash was everywhere, everything was filthy and old, trash can was over flowing, counter was cluttered and behind the counter was a wreck. The staff looked less like team members of a company and more like they were hanging out at home. They were nice enough but they were playing on their phones, not really paying attention to the mess around them. Also Ken Towery’s needs to provide some uniforms to their people. All I’m saying is there is a reason that Discount Tire is ALWAYS packed. Service advisors are extremely professional and attentive, facilities are spotless and modern, and employees are all in uniform. I went to Ken Towerys out of necessity so it is not my go to. If you have kids and need to take them everywhere with you, I would advise to not bring them in here. It all boils down to poor management. Fixable with the current staff.

  I needed rear brake pads and 1 new rotor. They wanted to charge $1600, including the "discount" for new pads, 2 new rotors, 2 new calipers, and new lines. I did it myself in 2 hours for less than $100. I understand the markup on parts and labor, but I don't understand lying about what "needed" to be replaced.

  Had an unidentifiable noise and was sure I was going to pay an arm and a leg to get fixed. They identified the problem. Fixed the problem. All at a very affordable and appropriate price. My new go to for all car issues. 🫡🫡🫡
