My car broke down not only once but twice in Lights Under Louisville - we were the last car to get towed out of the caves. The following morning we managed to get my car to Ken’s. There was only two people working there, a man and his wife - I'm so sorry names don’t stick with me so I can’t remember their names. Both of them were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help and answer any questions I might have had. My car was in, diagnosed, parts delivered, and fix all within three hours. There’s no a mechanic shop at home that could do what this man did in the time this man did it. My car was good as new and ready for the long drive back home. I owe the two employees there more than a thank you but that’s all I can say for now. Thank you for getting my car fixed so my husband and I could make it home.
