Even when we would add air, the psi would continue to go down. I pulled into their place of business in a panic. The gentleman that helped me was so awesome. He did everything he could to get us taken care of as quick as he could because he was aware that my son was already very anxious and has a very difficult time calming down while waiting. They were able to pull a nail out and patch the tire in less than an hour. So grateful for them.
