However, the in store experience was amazing!! Fast and friendly service that more than made up for the initial frustrating call. From the service manager down to the tech that we spoke with, you could not have asked for a better experience. This would have been a 0 if you had asked me to rate them before we went to the store. That should let you know what great service I received.

They ran a diagnostic and said it needed two new heater hoses, a thermostat, and a valve cover gasket. I agreed to the work and paid about $1,500 in total. Unfortunately, just five days later (October 16), my car started overheating again. I had to tow it back to the same shop. After checking it again, they told me that now the fan was burned out and the wiring harness was damaged, and that I would have to pay an additional $1,100 for repairs. At this point, I was very disappointed. The overheating problem was never fully fixed the first time, even after paying a high amount. I expected the issue to be properly diagnosed and resolved during the first repair. Instead, I felt like I was being charged twice for what might be connected to the same problem. I would not recommend this business to no one. If I paid for the computer diagnostics in first place, how could they tell me the problem was not related?
