    Took them all day just to get an oil change done, because they were working on other cars when mine was just sitting in the parking lot for hours. When they wanted to fix my radiator, they tried to charge $1300, when a place a mile away did it for $760. This place is way too overpriced when there are much better mechanics in the area.

    Nobody spoke english here. I took my tire to get patched. It had more than one hole in the tire. Guy says $20 per tire. He patches one hole, put the tire back on and request another $20 for the other hole to get patched, rather than doing both at once while the tire was off. These guys are scammers.

    At first, they explained they were extremely busy and couldn’t assist me that day, which I respected. When I came back, my tire was repaired in less than an hour. Great customer service

    Recently I went to Louisville for a family vacation. My car broke down not only once but twice in Lights Under Louisville - we were the last car to get towed out of the caves. The following morning we managed to get my car to Ken’s. There was only two people working there, a man and his wife - I'm so sorry names don’t stick with me so I can’t remember their names. Both of them were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help and answer any questions I might have had. My car was in, diagnosed, parts delivered, and fix all within three hours. There’s no a mechanic shop at home that could do what this man did in the time this man did it. My car was good as new and ready for the long drive back home. I owe the two employees there more than a thank you but that’s all I can say for now. Thank you for getting my car fixed so my husband and I could make it home.
